Sidney Laham

I work as a restoration ecologist for Ecoculture and work on projects in Puerto Rico and Colorado. I am responsible for collecting seeds and growing plants, planting trees, monitoring plantings, and helping conduct research projects examining carbon stocks in forests.

I received my bachelors degree of Forestry with a certification in ecological restoration and forest health from Northern Arizona University in 2022. I have worked in the restoration field in the southwest for a couple of years, and as much as I love the southwest forest types, I am enjoying the experience of visiting new forest types in Puerto Rico.

In my free time, you can find me at the beach, hiking, or cooking some yummy food!
