Mario Garcia

Dedicated to the fields of global leadership, sustainability, and conservation for over 15 years.

I worked for many years around Tortuguero National Park and Corcovado in Costa Rica as a botanist and project coordinator for Caño Palma biological station and as a naturalist guide.

For more than 10 years, have been collaborating with different institutions and companies collecting data of useful plants with value added and potential applications in the fields of cosmetics, medicine, agriculture and ecological restoration. I always enjoy learning about the regenerative vision of the ecosystems in different parts of Latin America and enjoy hiking in the jungle, swimming in rivers, teaching and sharing my passion for nature, and resting at home.
