I am Diné (Navajo) from Inscription House, Arizona. I am also an intern pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Forestry at Northern Arizona University. I assist in restoration projects throughout the Southwest and help perform Terrestrial Lidar surveys on the Verde River.

I enjoy looking at plants and trees when I am outdoors and I love spending time with my family. In the future, I plan to help my people by doing more restoration work on the Navajo Reservation and obtaining my Master’s degree.
